THE ROUNDHOUSE PARTY ROOM RESERVATIONS

The Roundhouse room rate is $130.00 for 2 hours.  This includes 10 guests.  The birthday child and parents are free. A charge of $6.00 for each additional person over 10 will apply. This cost will allow all guests in the party full access to all the trains and play area.  We provide the table clothes along with putting balloons outside so that your guests can find us easier.  For parties that are scheduled when we are NOT normally open for business, please call for special rates.  There is a deposit of $60.00 (nonrefundable) to reserve the room.

FOR MEETINGS that do NOT include viewing the trains there is a $50.00 charge for the first hour and $25.00 for each additional hour. If participants of the meeting want to see the train displays, they may do so at a discount of $1.00 off the regular admission.

If meeting is held during closed business hours, only one Model Train Station person needs to be there to unlock and lock back up main doors.  This would mean that no one will be able to view the trains.

FIELD TRIPS & GROUP EVENTS

FIELD TRIPS and large groups are very welcome!  Model Trains Station is a great field trip opportunity for schools, daycare, retirement communities, etc.  Please contact us regarding date needed and rates.  Handicap ramp is available.  Please call us beforehand for parking location.
